Hatha & Tantra

Hatha Yoga - the yoga of balance, translates as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha). Hatha practice is aimed at aligning and calming your body, mind, and spirit. The sequence during the practice is designed to open the channels of the body and activate chakras (energy points), so that energy can flow more freely through the body. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose, by introducing stillness of posture and mind.

Tantra is not a religion, nor a institution or any exclusive club reserved only for the chosen ones. Tantra says loud “yes” to life. A tantric life It is an awakened, liberated and high-energy path, which encourages you to discover your own potential, to be natural and fully aware in every aspect of your being.
The aim of Tantra yoga is to balance masculine and feminine energy as well as to rise our sexual energy which can be used in the process of creation.

Agnieszka has been practicing yoga for over 13 years. She experimented with different styles and techniques, to find ‚her way’ and great passion for Hatha during her trip to Guatemala. This style of yoga is more meditative than physical and gives us the opportunity to go deeper into ourselves. Working with breath and body releases stagnant energy/prana and can be very transformative.
Agnieszka is a certified tantra facilitator and yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance - 700h RYT, she teaches various yoga styles like Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, as well as Osho Active Meditation.
