What are your mats made from?
Our mats are made from natural tree rubber and pu - which is biodegradable and free from silicones and PVC. We use laser engraving to create our design meaning no toxic glues or inks.
How do I take care of my mat?
Keep your mat away from oils that can cause the surface to become slippy and cause marks (body oils, face & body creams, makeup etc.)
Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid colour fading
Keep it away from sharp objects which can puncture and damage the mat's rubber surface - including pet paws and claws and rough or textured surfaces
Wrap the mat, the the top side facing out (color outside), and store in a cool dry place when not in use, away from direct sunlight
How do I clean my Mat?
Wipe with a soft wet towel with a mild detergent that is heavily diluted with water. Simple soap will do the job. Leave to dry at room temperature. Natural tree rubber mats must be hand cleaned and are not suitable for machine washing. Do not clean your mat with essential oils which can break down the materials and compromise performance.
I’ve noticed some marks on my mat after my yoga practice
Please note that our natural tree rubber yoga mats may show marks that are acquired during asana practice. Most of the marks can be wiped away post-practice, but some of these marks may not completely disappear after cleaning and drying your mat. This is not due to a fault of the product. Such marks occur as a natural reaction created by pressure on the surface, along with oils from the body after repeated practice. Please note that marks will not affect the performance of your mat including the grip or longevity of the product.
To prevent these marks from occurring do not use any oils or creams before your practice (face cream, moisturizer, liquid makeup etc).
How does Brexit effect me if I'm ordering in Europe?
Say goodbye to any customs duties! You don’t have to worry about it anymore, as our warehouses are now located both in the UK and Europe! Yay!
Do you ship to my country? How much will it cost?
We are very happy to arrange orders to non-standard shipping destinations, and can advise you of the shipping costs on an individual basis - please get in touch with us.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Share your delivery with friends to share the cost and to take care of the planet. Currently UK shipping is a standard tracked service charged at £6.00, and for the EU £12.00,

Where is my order/dispatch confirmation email?
Please check the email account used to complete your order. Your order confirmation email is sent automatically after placing your order. Please try the following:

Your dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your order has been shipped.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately not. We are unable to cancel or amend your order after we receive it. Please check that you are happy with your product selection before you check out.
Can I exchange or return my order?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within a 14 day period. Please note that in order for us to issue a refund, parcels must be returned with original packaging intact, un-used, un-damaged and in full resealable condition. Kindly note that we are unable to cover costs of return unless the goods are faulty. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
What can I do if my product is faulty?
