Clients typically train between two and five times per week, depending on goals, capacity, and lifestyle.

Global, Flexible, Seamlessly Integrated
The programme is designed to work wherever life takes you.
Sessions can be completed:
from a private gym, hotel room, or home environment
while travelling across time zones
online or in person, when geography allows
In-person training is available when we are in the same location.
For select clients, the programme can also be integrated into travel or retreat-style experiences.
The structure adapts — the standard does not change.
